This plan includes a custom working menu and two months of daily support. The plan focuses on helping you achieve your goals by looking at your caloric intake, macro levels, body type, activity levels, lifestyle, medical history and foods that you enjoy. It can be tailored to focusing on beautifying your skin, weight loss, increasing healthy foods in your diet for optimal health, muscle building or a focus on any health issues you may have.
After the two months, many of my clients feel very confident to move forward on their own with new habits and tools to stay on track. My coaching is not intended to only include dietary changes but also supports you in lifestyle changes.
