Two month private consulting:
This two month package includes private consulting with daily advice and support available from the hours of 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time. I am available through email, telephone and text.
It includes any dietary suggestions (macro levels, caloric levels, supplements, food choices etc.) depending on what is needed for your goals.
Custom working menu:
It starts with a custom working menu that focuses on caloric intake, macro levels, body type, activity levels and foods that you enjoy which will help you achieve your goals. It can be tailored to weight loss, increasing healthy foods in your diet, muscle building or any health issues you may have.
After the two months, most clients feel very confident to move forward on their own with new habits and tools to stay on track. This is not a diet but a lifestyle change in the way that you eat and how you think about food.
