The one month package can be purchased by previous clients who want a nutrition follow up or to continue their program on a month to month basis.  
 
With private consulting you will get daily advice and support from the hours of 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time. I am available through email, telephone and text. 
It includes any dietary suggestions (macro levels, caloric levels, supplements, food choices etc.) depending on what is needed for your goals throughout the day.
